After twisting the shin guards, place them on your feet to ensure they are the right length. It's important that the guards fit snugly and comfortably, preventing them from shifting while running or coming into contact with other players during the game. Remember, larger shin guards can reduce the risk of injury.
Place the shin guards on your shins, with the protective area facing outward.
This style of shin guard doesn't have Velcro straps. Put on your socks as usual. Then, place the shin guards between your shins and socks so that the guards are completely covered by the socks. Note that guards can only provide full protection when worn with socks.
This product protects the shins from kicks, punches, and other hard or sharp impacts that may occur during the game. However, please note that the possibility of injury cannot be completely avoided, even with proper use of shin guards.
Damage (e.g., dents, tears, open seams, or even dirt) can reduce the protective function of shin guards. Any structural changes to the shin guards can lead to decreased function. Ensure they are in good working order before use. These shin guards were developed specifically to meet the needs of soccer. Therefore, their protective function may not be adequate for other sports.
